By selecting the separate, initially unchecked box before sending a chat message, I freely and voluntarily consent to Individual entrepreneur Dmitry Anatolyevich Pronin, INN 381910388562, OGRNIP 320385000006414 processing the personal data I provide in my inquiry.

Purpose and data

Purpose: receive and answer my question about services and contact me if needed. Data: the name, phone number and/or email address, company information, inquiry text and random conversation identifier that I provide. Do not send identity documents, passwords, health information, payment details or other people’s data.

Processing

Processing actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer (disclosure or access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation. My message and conversation identifier are sent to n8n.visdigi.org to handle the inquiry and prepare a reply. This consent does not authorize marketing or public disclosure.

Duration and withdrawal

Until the inquiry is resolved or consent is withdrawn by email to admin@visdigi.org. Data must then be deleted within the applicable legal period, generally 30 days unless another lawful basis applies. Contract and accounting records may be retained as required by law. Analytics requires a separate choice. Details and rights are in the privacy policy.

Automated replies currently use a DeepSeek model through OpenRouter, Inc. OpenRouter sends each request to the selected model provider; the provider, processing location, retention and any further use of data depend on the selected route’s terms. Processing may take place outside Russia. Contact details and inquiry summaries may be stored in the operator’s CRM and sent to the operator through MAX. Read the OpenRouter privacy policy and model providers’ terms. This consent does not replace the operator’s mandatory steps before cross-border transfers.
