Inquiries and chat

We process the name, contact details, company information and inquiry text you provide to answer your question and discuss services. The basis is your separate consent or, where applicable, steps towards a contract at your request and performance of that contract under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

The chat sends your text and a random conversation identifier to n8n.visdigi.org. Automated replies can be inaccurate; a specialist must confirm important terms. Do not send passwords, identity documents, health information, payment details or other people’s personal data. Use email to discuss a confidential project.

Processing and retention

Processing includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer to the specified service providers, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation. Inquiry data is used until the inquiry is resolved or consent is withdrawn unless another legal basis applies. Contract and accounting records follow their statutory retention periods. On reaching the purpose or withdrawal, data must be deleted within the applicable legal period, generally 30 days where no other basis applies.

Technical data and analytics

HTTPS protects the connection. Server logs may contain IP address, request address and time, browser details and response status for operation and security. Do not put personal data in page URLs. Yandex Metrica loads only after a separate analytics choice. Session replay, click maps and automatic link tracking are off; our event code does not send message text or contact details. External services

MAX, Telegram and email providers have their own terms. Foreign services may process data outside Russia. Choosing a messenger does not waive the operator’s legal obligations. Do not send confidential documents through messenger links. Contractor access requires a lawful basis and data protection duties.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Contact the operator and provide enough information to locate the inquiry; do not send a passport copy without a justified request. Data access requests are answered within 10 working days, with a reasoned extension of up to 5 working days where permitted. Withdrawal does not cancel processing on other lawful grounds.

This policy is information, not consent. Continued browsing or a new version of the policy does not replace separate consent. Data is not intended for sale, public disclosure or marketing without a separate basis.

Automated replies currently use a DeepSeek model through OpenRouter, Inc. OpenRouter sends each request to the selected model provider; the provider, processing location, retention and any further use of data depend on the selected route’s terms. Processing may take place outside Russia. Contact details and inquiry summaries may be stored in the operator’s CRM and sent to the operator through MAX. Read the OpenRouter privacy policy and model providers’ terms. This consent does not replace the operator’s mandatory steps before cross-border transfers. To measure advertising sources, only fixed tags for our Yandex Direct campaign and numeric ad and click IDs may be sent. Arbitrary URL parameters, search phrases, chat and form contents are not sent to analytics.

Email and MAX links open without AI chat consent. Opening a contact link does not send a message to the operator. Choosing a contact does not constitute consent to analytics or advertising messages.
